A Gallup Health and Well-being Index report found that well-being has declined for a second year in a row. However, employers remain committed to providing specific programs, with close to 90% offering well-being initiatives.
Employers already know a robust suite of well-being initiatives can help drive employee engagement and retention, but they also see employee well-being as a corporate responsibility — especially as the line between professional and personal lives continues to blur. As our work lives and home lives merge, financial wellness and mental well-being are becoming more prevalent components of well-being programs.
